WARRANTY

LEORÊVER is produced by our master artisans in our Huntington Beach California Atelier. Each piece is backed by our 6 MONTH WARRANTY.  Keep a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Should you need to file a warranty claim simply provide the above mentioned information along with a description of the defect, and photographs of the problem. We may ask you to send product back for repair or further inspection.   

 

RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Warranty covers standard wear and tear. 
  • Warranty becomes VOID if you have not followed care instructions.
  • LEORÊVER products are covered for construction and manufacturing defects. 
  • The LEORÊVER WARRANTY does not apply to purchases from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. 
  • LEORÊVER will not repair or replace problems caused by excessive stress, misuse or inadequate care. 
  • We have the right to inspect claimed damages in order to decide the most adequate outcome and cause of damage. 
  • If we find the claimed product damages to be the fault of the customer, LEORÊVER reserves the right to not repair or replace the items claimed. 
  • WARRANTY is voided for all items that have been altered, repaired, or tailored by NON-LEORÊVER technicians. 

 

FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

1. All claims must be filed via email and sent to info@leorever.com


2. Please provide with your initial claim correspondence the following information. 

    • Your order/receipt number.
    • Pictures of the damaged items. 
    • Contact phone number. 
    • Any other relevant information to further support your claim.

 

3. Once your claim is received please allow 3 to 5 business days for your claim to be processed. 


4. If your claim is approved, a return shipping label will be provided to you in order to ship back the items in question. 


5. When the items arrive to our processing facility our warranty agent will inspect the damaged item. 

    • If your item is processed and approved as a manufacturing defect, the item will either be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you FREE of charge. 
    • If your claim is processed and denied due to customer fault, your item will be shipped back to you free of charge.
